Nella storia delle civiltà marinare, l’arte e la scienza della navigazione si sono affinate attraverso il perfezionamento delle tecniche di costruzione dell’imbarcazione. Già da qualche anno, nel campo della nautica da diporto, si è fatta pressante la necessità di disporre di più approfondite ed organiche conoscenze progettistiche, in modo da soddisfare compiutamente le esigenze di coloro che, in gran numero, si sono con passione avvicinati ai molteplici settori dell’arte nautica.
In tale prospettiva la LEGA NAVALE ITALIANA Sezione di Torino si è fatta promotrice nel 1988, di un corso per corrispondenza, avente per oggetto la progettazione di imbarcazioni da diporto, avvalendosi per la stesura dei testi e la correzione degli elaborati della collaborazione dell’AS.PRO.NA.DI.
L’AS.PRO.NA.DI., valga rammentarlo, è l’unica associazione italiana di progettisti operanti nel settore della nautica da diporto. E’ stata costituita a Genova il 23 ottobre 1973 ed ha ottenuto il riconoscimento giuridico del Ministero della Marina Mercantile il 30 marzo 1983.
Principale scopo statutario dell’AS.PRO.NA.DI., che annovera tra i suoi associati cattedratici e qualificati operatori del settore, è quello di “promuovere, nell’ambito della nautica da diporto, la scienza e la pratica navali nonché l’etica professionali dei Soci”. Per onorare adeguatamente tale intento, la predetta Associazione ha tra i suoi compiti quelli di favorire lo scambio di notizie e di idee fra i membri, registrare e pubblicizzare i risultati di ricerche, divulgare esperienze ed informazioni relative a progetti originali, ovvero futuribili metodi di costruzione, cooperare con Università ed altri istituti di ricerca.
Stanti gli scopi statutari è nata dunque la collaborazione dell’AS.PRO.NA.DI., alla realizzazione del corso di progettazione di imbarcazioni da diporto. A partire dal 1995 l’AS.PRO.NA.DI. gestisce tale corso di prima persona, nell’intento di fornire un più diretto ed efficace apporto didattico.
Il corso si propone agli amanti dell’attività nautica per la chiarezza, la completezza e l’organicità dei testi, la perizia dei correttori e la serietà dei programmi.
2. SVOLGIMENTO DEL CORSO
Il Corso è suddiviso in 24 testi e 22 esercizi secondo il programma più avanti illustrato. L’allievo riceve all’atto dell’iscrizione i primi testi di studio corredati dai relativi esercizi. L’allievo esegue gli esercizi relativi al testo di studio n. 1 e li invia alla correzione, se l’esito è positivo allora può inviare gli esercizi svolti del testo successivo. L’invio anticipato del testo di studio successivo permette all’allievo di guadagnare tempo studiando l’argomento successivo durante i tempi necessari all’invio postale e alla correzione. Gli esercizi andranno però eseguiti e spediti rigorosamente in sequenza. Gli esercizi consistono in calcoli e prove pratiche di disegno, che l’allievo dovrà svolgere e rispedire all’apposito indirizzo prestabilito da AS.PRO.NA.DI. La correzione degli elaborati è eseguita da membri dell’Associazione operanti nel settore. Gli elaborati verranno restituiti agli allievi con eventuali annotazioni e commenti e, nel caso in cui l’allievo non abbia dimostrato un sufficiente grado di apprendimento e preparazione, gli sarà richiesto di ripetere l’esercizio tenendo conto dei suggerimenti dei correttori e riceverà il nuovo testo di studio solo dopo aver riportato una valutazione sufficiente relativamente agli esercizi del testo di studio in questione.
In ogni caso l’AS.PRO.NA.DI. non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile dello smarrimento, sottrazione, distruzione, deterioramento degli elaborati, di imperfezioni di contenuto e/o forma, esistenti nelle dispense redatte negli esercizi, e nella loro correzione.
3. CARATTERISTICHE DEL CORSO
Il Corso non presenta particolari difficoltà né richiede una approfondita conoscenza nel campo della matematica e della fisica; tuttavia esso deve essere seguito con impegno, giacché in alcuni punti vengono approfonditi argomenti complessi, ancorché si sia tentato, nella stesura, di semplificarli, per quanto possibile, mediante una trattazione progressiva, lineare e completa. Il Corso affronta il problema della progettazione sia delle imbarcazioni a vela, che delle imbarcazioni a motore; l’allievo sarà quindi chiamato a svolgere esercizi relativi a problemi specifici di entrambi i tipi di imbarcazione. Per le ragioni sopracitate si ribadisce la necessità di uno stretto contatto fra docenti e allievi, entrisecantesi – come già illustrato – attraverso la risoluzione di esercizi e l’esecuzione di elaborati di progetto da parte dell’allievo, con relativa correzione da parte dei docenti.
4. IMPOSTAZIONE DEGLI ESERCIZI
Gli esercizi di ciascun testo non si rapportano unicamente agli argomenti specifici trattati nel testo di studio in riferimento, ma si richiamano altresì ai temi affrontati precedentemente. Si è prescelta una tale impostazione affinché l’allievo possa avere sempre una visione complessiva di quanto studiato in precedenza e soprattutto possa comprendere l’interconnessione tra i vari argomenti esaminati. Si tenga presente, al proposito, che il fine del corso è quello di fornire all’allievo gli strumenti cognitivi per redigere autonomamente il progetto completo di un’imbarcazione da diporto.
5. COSTO DEL CORSO
Il Corso è riservato esclusivamente ai Soci AS.PRO.NA.DI.. Poiché il corso verrà normalmente svolto nell’arco di tre anni, si richiede all’allievo l’iscrizione triennale ad AsProNaDi. Sono previste due modalità di pagamento:
A)
€ 1.500,00 (in due rate) di cui:
€ 1335,00 quale prezzo dell’opera completa e delle prestazioni didattiche;
€ 165,00 quale quota associativa triennale AS.PRO.NA.DI. con la qualifica di Socio Studente quanto alle modalità di pagamento delle due rate si osservano le seguenti condizioni:
– il 50% del costo complessivo verrà corrisposto all’atto di iscrizione nella seguente forma:
- € 694,00 assegno bancario non trasferibile intestato all’AS.PRO.NA.DI.
- Oppure bonifico bancario: Banca Nazionale del Lavoro – Dipendenza di Cervia – C/C 000227 presso 5843 intestato AS.PRO.NA.DI. Coordinate Bancarie: IBAN IT86Z0100523600000000000227 Causale: iscrizione al Corso di Progettazione.
- il saldo di € 806,00 entro e non oltre 6 mesi dalla ricezione del primo testo di studio; il ritardo nel versamento del saldo non costituisce motivo di risoluzione del contratto ma dà facoltà all’AS.PRO.NA.DI. per il recupero giudiziale del proprio credito ed al risarcimento dei maggiori danni.
- € 1400,00 all’atto dell’iscrizione con assegno bancario non trasferibile intestato all’AS.PRO.NA.DI.
- Oppure bonifico bancario: Banca Nazionale del Lavoro – Dipendenza di Cervia – C/C 000227 presso 5843 intestato AS.PRO.NA.DI. Coordinate Bancarie: IBAN IT86Z0100523600000000000227 Causale: iscrizione al Corso di Progettazione.
€ 625,00 (I.V.A.inclusa) quale costo dell’opera completa esclusa ogni prestazione didattica e limitata quindi alla sola fornitura dei testi di studio in un unico blocco e unica rata. Si ricorda che in questa condizione di vendita non si ottiene l’attestato di frequenza, limitandosi in tal caso. L’AS.PRO.NA.DI. alla pura cessione dell’opera. E’ fatto assoluto divieto all’allievo di riprodurre, porre in commercio l’opera didattica totalmente o parzialmente o di trarre vantaggio economico dall’uso della stessa.
6. MODALITÀ DI ISCRIZIONE L’allievo deve inviare:- Le due copie delle schede d’iscrizione compilate in tutte le sue parti e sottoscritte
- Domanda di ammissione AS.PRO.NA.DI. compilata
- Assegno non trasferibile intestato all’AS.PRO.NA.DI. Oppure bonifico bancario.
